What will I learn in class?
What should I wear?

The first thing I teach are warm ups to help the body to relax
Then we will learn the beginning forms for Chen Taijiquan, Dayan Qigong or Wing Chun
My classes are for anyone over 18 and you don't have to have any previous knowledge
Casual, lightweight clothes are usually most comfortable to wear,
with flat pumps to be able to feel the floor

The skills that are learnt in the Tse Qigong Centre are Traditional Skills
They start with the basics to improve flexibility, coordination and balance
while at the same time gaining good health and increasing our Skills
Before we walk we must learn to crawl
So let's begin .........

TSE QIGONG CENTRE WARM UPS - the warm ups start with stretching the waist then the legs and lastly the upper parts of the body.
